What Is Included

We do not do commercial cleaning at volume. We take a small number of offices and treat them the way we treat homes, which is why our clients tend to be firms where the space is part of the impression.
Every visit
- Desks, conference tables and shared surfaces cleared and wiped
- Kitchens and break areas reset, dishwasher run, refrigerator checked
- Restrooms cleaned and consumables restocked
- Glass, entry doors and reception finished streak-free
- Floors vacuumed with HEPA filtration, hard surfaces mopped by material
On rotation
- Interior glazing, partitions and light fixtures
- Upholstery, task chairs and soft seating
- Inside refrigeration and shared appliances
- Baseboards, vents, sills and cable runs
- Storage rooms, closets and back of house
Discretion
Papers stay where you left them.
Offices contain things that should not be read, moved or thrown away. Our teams are trained to clean around work rather than tidy it, and confidentiality agreements are signed as a matter of course for commercial clients rather than on request.
Every team member is background-checked before their first visit. If your building or your compliance team requires additional screening, tell us and we will complete it.
We hold keys, codes and alarm credentials under written agreement, and we log every entry and exit.
Scheduling
Nights, weekends, or the quiet hour before opening.
Most of our commercial work happens after hours. Nobody is interrupted, nothing is worked around, and the office is finished rather than half done.
We can also work early mornings where a building restricts evening access, or increase frequency around events, client visits and quarter close.
Service is priced per visit with no long term contract. We would rather keep the work by doing it well.

When do you clean?
Whenever the office is empty, which for most clients means evenings or weekends. Early mornings work too where a building restricts after hours access.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, as standard for commercial clients rather than as an extra. If your firm has its own agreement, we will sign yours.
Do you supply paper goods and soap?
We can. Some clients prefer we manage consumables and bill them through, others buy their own and we simply restock. Either arrangement is fine.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
Under written agreement, held by named individuals, with every entry and exit logged. If your building uses badge access we will work within its system instead.
Can you scale up for events or client visits?
Yes. Give us notice and we will add a visit before or after, or send a larger team. Several of our clients book us the morning after a firm event.
Is there a contract?
No. Service is priced per visit and you can stop at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
