One detailed service that returns a house to the condition it was in the day it was finished. Booked before a move, after one, or when a home has simply gone too long.
What Is Included
Deeper than a clean. Closer to a reset.
A refresh is a single, longer service that reaches everything a routine visit does not. We work room by room from the ceiling down, and we do not leave a room until it is finished.
Throughout the house
- Walls spot-cleaned, switch plates, door frames and vents wiped down
- Baseboards, sills, sashes and hardware detailed by hand
- Interior windows, glass doors and every mirror
- Light fixtures, ceiling fans and the tops of everything people forget
- Floors deep-vacuumed with HEPA filtration, then mopped by material
Kitchens and baths
- Inside refrigeration, ovens and hoods, cleaned to the manufacturer method
- Cabinet interiors, drawers and pantry shelving emptied and wiped
- Grout scrubbed, glass left without a water spot, fixtures polished
- Stone treated with pH-correct products that protect the seal
- Sinks, disposals and drains cleared and deodorized
How It Works
A larger team, a single day.
A refresh takes a crew rather than a pair. For most homes we send three to five people for a full day, which keeps the house out of commission for one day instead of three.
We walk the property first and quote in writing. Square footage matters, but so do finishes, how long it has been, and whether the house is furnished. A guess over the phone would be a bad service to you.
You do not need to be there. Most clients hand over access and come home to it.

How long does it take?
Most homes take a single day with a crew of three to five. Very large properties, or ones that have gone a long time without attention, occasionally run into a second day. We tell you which at the walk-through, not halfway through.
Is this different from your recurring service?
Yes. Estate housekeeping maintains a standard already set. A refresh sets it. Many clients start with a refresh and then move to a recurring schedule, which costs less per visit because the house never falls behind again.
Do you clean inside cabinets and appliances?
Yes, on a refresh that is included rather than on rotation. Cabinets are emptied and wiped, refrigeration and ovens are cleaned inside, and pantry shelving is done.
Can you work around movers?
We would rather not share the house with a moving crew, because we cannot finish a room that is still being carried through. Most clients book us the day after the truck leaves, or the day before it arrives.
Do you clean carpets and exterior windows?
Carpet extraction and exterior window work are specialist trades. We coordinate with people we trust and schedule around them, but we do not do that work ourselves.
What does it cost?
It depends on size, finishes and condition, so we quote in writing after seeing the property. A refresh costs more than a routine visit and less than most people expect for what it covers.
