Construction cleaning is not one job. It is three, and they happen at different points in your schedule. We price and book them separately so you are not paying finish rates to sweep drywall dust.

- Debris removal, sweep down and shop vacuum through every space
- Drywall dust pulled from ledges, tracks, returns and rough openings
- Sticker and label removal from glazing, appliances and fixtures
- Paint, adhesive and grout haze cleared from floors and stone
- Vents and returns cleaned before the system runs in earnest
White glove handover
- Every surface hand-wiped, including tops of cabinetry and trim
- Interior glass and mirrors finished streak-free
- Appliances cleaned inside and out to the manufacturer method
- Cabinet and drawer interiors, closets and shelving wiped
- Final walk with your superintendent, punch items addressed same day
How It Works
We work to your schedule, not ours.
Construction dates move. We plan for that. Give us the realistic window and we will hold the crew, and if the trades run late we reschedule without a fee.
We are fully insured and bonded, and we will send a certificate of insurance to your office or the general contractor before we set foot on site. Most builders ask. It is easier if we send it first.
Our crews are used to active sites: we work around trades, we protect finished surfaces, and we do not use the client bathroom.
For Builders and Architects
The last trade on site is the one the client remembers.
A client walks into a finished house and judges the whole project on what they can see. Dust on a ledge undoes a year of good work, and it lands on you, not on the cleaner.
We work with custom home builders, architects and developers across Salt Lake County on a repeat basis. If you would rather have one company that knows your standard and does not have to be taught it on every project, that is what we are for.
Volume pricing is available for builders running more than one project at a time.
Questions
Before you call.
What is the difference between rough, final and white glove?
Rough happens after the messy trades and clears debris and dust so the finish trades can work. Final happens once the work is done and gets the house presentable. White glove is the handover clean, and it is the one the client actually sees.
Are you insured, and can you provide a COI?
Yes to both. We are insured and bonded, and we will send a certificate of insurance naming the general contractor before we start. Just tell us who it goes to.
Can you work after the trades leave, or on weekends?
Yes. Most of our white glove work happens in the evening or on a weekend, precisely because nobody else is on site to undo it.
How far before handover should we book you?
For white glove, the day before the client walks, or the same morning. Any earlier and the site gets dusty again. We would rather come once at the right moment than twice at the wrong one.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove what a cleaning crew can carry and bag. Dumpsters, lumber and anything requiring a truck stay with your waste contractor.
Do you handle stickers and labels on windows and appliances?
Yes, and adhesive residue with them. It is tedious work and it is exactly the sort of thing a client notices on day one.
