What Is Included
Every room, every visit, plus the things most services skip.
Estate housekeeping is our recurring service: weekly, fortnightly or monthly care for a private residence. It covers the whole house each visit, with a rotating schedule of deeper work layered on top so that nothing is left for a once-a-year reckoning.
Every visit
- Kitchens: counters, backsplash, cabinetry fronts, sinks and fixtures hand-finished
- Bathrooms: glass left without a water spot, stone sealed-safe, linens replaced and folded
- Floors vacuumed with HEPA filtration, then hard surfaces damp-mopped by material
- Dusting from the ceiling down: fixtures, sills, frames, baseboards
- Beds made or changed, towels refreshed, rooms reset to how you keep them
On rotation
- Interior windows, glass doors and mirrors
- Inside refrigeration, ovens and hoods, cleaned to the manufacturer's method
- Cabinet interiors, pantry shelving and drawer organization
- Upholstery, drapery edges and under furniture
- Unlacquered brass, marble and limestone treated with pH-correct products
How It Works
A small team who learn the house.
Most cleaning companies send whoever is free that day. We don't. One team is assigned to your residence and stays with it. They learn where the good glassware lives, which rug lifts, and which finishes should never see water. By the third visit they need no instruction. By the tenth you have stopped thinking about it, which is the point.
Every member is background-checked, trained against our written standard, and covered by full liability insurance and bonding. A confidentiality agreement is available at your request, and signed before a key changes hands if you would prefer it that way.
We begin with a walk-through, about an hour in the property, noting surfaces, preferences and the rhythm of the household. The first service is a detailed reset that sets the baseline. Everything after that holds it there.
Products
Plant-derived, low-tox, and scented only if you ask.
We work with biodegradable, plant-derived products chosen for homes with children, pets and sensitivities. Nothing is left hanging in the air after we go. HEPA filtration and color-coded cloths keep one room from contaminating the next.
Fragrance is a choice, not a default. Select from a short, curated list of essential oils, or have your home left completely unscented. Your preference is kept on file and travels with your team.

How often should a home of this size be serviced?
Most of the residences we care for are on a weekly or fortnightly schedule. Larger properties, or households with children and pets, tend toward weekly. We will tell you honestly at the walk-through if we think you need less than you are asking for.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Everything, every visit, including HEPA vacuums and our own microfiber systems. If you would rather we use a product already in the house, we will.
Are you insured and bonded?
Fully insured and bonded, and every team member is background-checked before their first visit. Documentation is available on request, and we are happy to provide it directly to your insurer or property manager.
Do I need to be home?
No, and most of our clients are not. Access is arranged at the walk-through, whether that is a code, a lockbox or a key held under written agreement. You get a message when the house is closed up behind us.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on square footage, finishes and frequency, so we quote in writing after seeing the property rather than guessing over the phone. Recurring service is priced per visit, with no contract and no cancellation fee.
Which areas do you serve?
Salt Lake City, including Federal Heights and The Avenues, along with Holladay, Millcreek, Cottonwood Heights, Sandy, Draper, Riverton, South Jordan and West Jordan. We stay inside Salt Lake County so our teams are never rushed between properties.
